We use only the highest quality ingredients to achieve superior taste that keep our clients coming back for more. We use only our House buttercream, fresh fruit and European chocolates to maintain a superior cake.

Scheduling an Appointment
We offer complementary tastings for a minimum guest count of 75 people. You may select 2 flavors from our menu which will give you a great idea of the quality of our cakes. Since we bake to order, a 3 days notice is necessary. Please keep in mind we are closed Sundays and Mondays. When booking your tasting, we will ask for your credit card information for our security. The only circumstance your card will be charged if you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment or you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. In this event, your card will be charged $50 for the cakes that were baked. If you need to make changes or cancel your appointment, please give us a 48-hour notice.
If you are hosting an event for less than 75 guests, you are welcome to try 1 of our in-house flavors we bake for informal tastings to give you an idea of our high quality cakes. Should you still want to taste more than 2 flavors, we will gladly bake them for you at $25 per additional flavor.
Tasting Details
At the tasting, we generally schedule an hour consultation although our session may not last this long. The complementary tasting is limited to you and a guest. We find too many opinions tend to overwhelm and it's a bit difficult to focus with too much input. Our studio can accommodate a total of 4 guests. Arrangements must be in advance for more than two. A $15 per person fee will be charged to your card to accommodate the additional guest(s) attending the tasting. Our sessions begin on time so please arrive on time.
We require a 30% retainer to secure your event date and book our services. The retainer will be based on the total amount of your order. We ask that you are certain you would like to work with us and the cake is a commitment you are willing to make, as all retainers are calendar date secured and non-refundable.
Cake Design
We do not replicate other designs as we do not want our designs replicated. With respect to other artists', we will use your photos as an inspiration when creating your cake. After all, your wedding is unique and special. You deserve your very own creation tailored to your specific theme.
Sheet cakes are not a service we provide but we will be happy to bake round cakes to be cut up in the kitchen at your venue and served separate from your main wedding cake display.
Should you desire to have fresh flowers opposed to sugar flowers, we will purchase the flowers and assemble them prior to delivery. We do not assemble fresh flowers at the venue from your florist the day of your event. Since we assume liability, we insist on handling the cake with the utmost care and supervising sanitation of your cake ourselves.

Pricing
We specialize in custom designed tiered cakes made from scratch. Our base price is $4 per person plus labor hours. Labor generally holds more weight when calculating final costs. Please keep in mind we make everything from scratch, by hand. Our ingredients are priced higher than an average bakery. Our cakes are a true labor of love. We spend hours making the lime curd (filling), baking the cakes, making the buttercream, icing, leveling and decorating your cake.
